IT'S ELECTRIC
It has been years since Voldemort was defeated. The stories of the Second War only come in two ways. History of Magic class and as entertainment for the children of relatives who lived it. Hogwarts is safer than it has ever been and there aren't any forseeable future. These kids aren't worried about dark magic. The only thing they care about is who their next lay will be, where their next fix will come from, when the next party is starting, and how to cure that hangover. This kids are wild. They're starting a fire in Hogwarts and everything is electric!
