ROLEPLAY SAMPLE
Gavin's dark eyes clenched closed as she couldn't help but sigh. The news had reached her ears. Her ex husband was on tour. She curled up in her bunk more, hugging the blankets to her chest, sniffling quietly. She didn't want them to know she was crying. Gav buried her head under her pillow. He would figure it out, she was pretty sure he even knew where she was. He was a record label owner, the one that Gavin's band was trying to get in. She felt the tears well up in her eyes again. Her heart felt like it was breaking. "Shit." She muttered, her words a bit muffled from the pillow. She couldn't help but start shaking slightly, whenever Gavin thought about him, she started shaking. She never wanted to think about him, yet he was on her mind all time.
Sitting up in her bunk she moved the blankets off of her. It was four a.m and she was pretty sure that everyone was asleep. Exhaling softly, she grabbed her jeans from off the ground and slipped them on. She didn't even bother changing her shirt as she reached for her boots and pulled them on, trying not to make any sounds as she went. She successfully pulled on her shoes and grabbed her phone from her bunk. Okay, she knew that leaving the bus at four in the morning was probably not the best idea, but she certainly didn't want to stay in the bus and cry, perhaps a walk would clear her head. She looked down at the corner as she quietly whistled. She knew exactly what she would do. She could take Prince out for a walk. Prince was the husky she had adopted with Rylan. "Hey baby, walkies?" She asked quietly as she clipped a leash to his collar and started heading outside, she tried to leave as quietly as she could. Hopefully, she didn't wake anyone up.
The gravel of the bus parking lot crunched under her boots as she tugged on Prince's leash. She ended up leaving the parking lot and onto the sidewalk, where she saw the sign for the lake. Biting her lip, she looked down at the dog then back at the bus. It wasn't that far, just one street away. She would be fine right? Tugging on the dog's leash gently, the two found their way to the lake's edge. Gavin took off her boots and sat down in the sand, pulling Prince close to her and burying her head into his fur. "You're a good dog you know" She said, stroking his fur. She was happy she had adopted him, she was a lonely person and loved that she had something to cuddle with and basically Prince was the right dog for it.
Gavin laid down on her back, running a hand through her bangs and pushing them away from her eyes. The dog laid down next to her, his large head resting on her stomach. She smiled softly and ran her fingers through his fur, staring up at the stars. This were the moments of touring that she loved. She loved Florida, but Seattle was also gorgeous, to her at least. She wasn't sure how it was to anyone else.
